Returns & Refund

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied, this is why we make returns from 99$ FREE (Canada+US only for exchanges). We will send you a shipping label.

You have the right to return the goods you ordered on the ÔDE Lingerie web shop within 14 days after receiving the goods.  You can ask for a refund or an exchange.

We will refund the amount of the payment for the goods or proceed to an exchange as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 14 days after we have received your return.

We only accept returns if you return the goods with all delivered accessories and tags and in the original condition. Please note that we won’t accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been worn or damaged by the customer.

Articles in sale cannot be returned or exchanged. (discount codes at checkout are not considered as sale).
