1. Mood Board

It all starts with a good mood and color board. Boards are the reflection of a true inspiration we have had through traveling, museums, nature. It is like the cornerstone of our collections. Here are our last mood and color boards.

       

2. Trip to Paris

Two times per year we travel to Interfilière Trade Show in Paris, France to meet our suppliers and discover new ones. It is just so exciting to see all those new laces and materials! It is also the opportunity to meet again our friends and family and taste some delicious food.

3. Drawing and lace selection Back from Paris, we start to draw and select the laces we will use for our new collection. 4. Patterns & prototypes After we have selected the laces and finalized the drawings, we will make patterns and first prototypes. It takes us between 2 to 3 fitting sessions to have the right pattern and prototype.  5. Production This final step is crucial and very stressful because it is the only part that is not done in house.  We found a family atelier in Latvia, Europe specialized in lingerie and we visit them twice per year. We took with us our technical file and some material. Our suppliers send the rest of the material and the production can start!  Now we are testing some manufactures in Canada and we are producing the capsule collections with home seamstresses from Vancouver!
