Hipster - Black geometric lace
All our fabrics come from France and all the other material is European. All have the certification Oeko-Tex which is a label used to prove that the material is not harmful.
Also, from now on, we produce our pieces in British Columbia, Canada via a network of local seamstresses paid at a fair wage fixed by the seamstress and based on the time she/he will spent on sewing the pieces.
Last but not least, all our paper material (we try to print as less as possible) is made with a printer company using only recycled paper. Finally, our packaging consists of a pouch made of cotton Fair Trade certified.
- Hand-wash or use a delicate washing machine program (always insert the pieces in a wash-bag).
- Hang to dry or flat lay. Never use a dryer.

You have the right to return the goods you ordered on the ÔDE Lingerie web shop within 14 days after receiving the goods. You can ask for a refund or an exchange.
We will refund the amount of the payment for the goods or proceed to an exchange as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 14 days after we have received your return.
We only accept returns if you return the goods with all delivered accessories and tags and in the original condition. Please note that we won’t accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been worn or damaged by the customer.
