Free Returns and a full refund

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied, this is why we make returns FREE and easy. We´ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.

You have the right to return the goods you ordered on the ÔDE Lingerie web shop within 14 days after receiving the goods.  

We only accept returns if you return the goods with all delivered accessories and tags and in the original condition and packaging. Unpacking or fitting the product before returning is only acceptable to the extent that it is necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the product or not. Please note that we won’t accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been worn or damaged by the customer.

The cost of the merchandise will be refunded if all demands are met. We will return the amount of the payment for the goods as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 14 days after we have received your return.

Please contact us at info@odelingerie.com if you wish to reserve a replacement before returning the goods. The shipping costs for the new item and eventual custom or import taxes are at your own expense. In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will be refunded if all demands are met.

All our fabrics come from France and all the other material is European. All have the certification Oekotex which is a label used to prove that the material is not harmfull.

Also we produce in a family atelier based in Latvia, Europe, respecting European labour law. We visit them 2 to 3 times a year.

Last but not least, all our paper material (we try to print as less as possible) is done in The Netherlands with a printer company only using recycled paper. Finally, our packaging consists of a pouch made of cotton Fair Trade certified.

Gift wrapping and packaging:

The piece of lingerie comes gift wrapped in a beautiful pouch and ready for giving :).

Sizing:

We are using international standards, in each products you will see the equivalent size for your region and you can also measure yourself. In case you are between two sizes, choose the smallest as our lace and elastics are very flexible.  Care instructions:

it is better to hand wash our lingerie but you can also put it in a lingerie bag with a delicate program.
